Work Theory: As for the traditional wagon-box drier, the stream just flow from the surface of the materials, which the heating efficiency is very low, the drying time is very long, also because of the defective structure, it cann’t meet GMP requirement. To overcome the disadvantages, we develop the new chamber drier,
the work theory is as bellow: The fresh air is filtered by three times, primary, middle and high
effective filtering, and then its temperature will rise upto
required value by the steam heating exchanger, the purifying air
will distributed to each layer after filtering, which make the
materials contact will the hot air evenly. The humidity will be
extracted from the oblique passway on the bottom tray, and some
other air will be heated again, which will realize the drying. Characteristics: 1.All the hot air is filtered by the high-effective which can avoid
any foreign substance polluting the medicine, it meets GMP
requirement. 2.Its output is bigger than the traditional drier as the feeding
thickness on each layer is thress times of the traditional drier. 3.It is featured with big drying area, high efficiency and low
cost. 4.It is suitable for drying various kinds of particle or caking
materials. 5.It is easy to operate and clean. 6.All the air is filtered, so it won’t pollute the materials. 7.The heating source can be either steam or electricity. |
